As part of the cooperation project “Capacity building at the provincial level” between the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. MEL ”.

Panoramic Workshop

The seminar program included presentations and discussions of SOG / UEH and representatives of SPC Project Management Board, focusing on three main issues:

• Discuss and validate priorities, and take action to implement the proposed plans in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Report for SOG.
• Discuss and clarify the MEL system, including the inputs, indicators and output scales, brought from the SOG operational model into the MEL system.
• Discuss and adjust indicators and objectives based on first-year capacity building plan and long-term plan for SOG.

The P&R Workshop is a series of learning activities using the collaborative, learning, and adaptation (CLA) model to promote information sharing, promote continuous learning, and consolidate knowledge within the system. system and decision making process.

The objective of the Workshop is to provide SOG / UEH working groups and USAID SPC project teams with the opportunity to analyze and monitor the project’s progress, reflect bottlenecks, and identify lessons.
